Scott Lange recently accepted the position of customer and technical support lead, reporting to Kari Lee, manager, Customer and Technical support. In his new role, Lange is responsible for ensuring effective communication between the customer and technical support departments and internal/external customers, resolve day-to-day issues that arise, oversee the company RMA process, and analyze and lead initiatives for department process improvements where necessary. Lange has been an Uponor employee since 1996.
