Ecoflex Pre-insulated Pipe
Ecoflex Pre-insulated Pipe offers flexible, plastic distribution for a variety of hydronic heating, cooling, potable and hot water applications. The pipe consists of durable Engel-method crosslinked polyethylene (PEX) tubing protected by multi-layer insulation and a waterproof corrugated jacket. The pipe comes pre-assembled with one or two service pipes, insulation, and a waterproof jacket – all in one pipe. A special oxygen diffusion barrier on the PEX tubing keeps oxygen from penetrating the tubing walls and entering the circulating fluid.
Ecoflex is ideal for applications that require underground piping to distribute water and other fluids from the heating and cooling water source to where it needs to perform, such as campuses, resorts, guest cottages or cabins, hospitals, housing developments, and snow and ice melting.
