Medical and Dental Insurance

Employees are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following 90 consecutive days of service. Uponor matches employee contributions up to 4% of your compensation, and employees are fully vested at date of participation.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Our PTO is awarded based on years of service and dispersed each pay period. You can earn up to 4 weeks of PTO your first year.
Uponor provides holiday pay for all major holidays and gives each employee 16 hours of PTO at the beginning of each year to use as you wish for personal holidays.
