Uponor North America names Kara Hayft vice president of HR

Twenty-year veteran will oversee the Human Resources team and be a strategic partner in developing plans and programs

Apple Valley, MN, June 2, 2016 — Uponor North America (Uponor) has named Kara Hayft as vice president of Human Resources, effective June 20, 2016. 

 

Hayft will oversee the Human Resources team and participate as a strategic partner in the development of Uponor’s plans and programs, particularly from the perspective of the impact on the organization and people.

Hayft has 20 years of experience in the human resources field with rapid progress in managerial responsibilities, most recently with Thomson Reuters where she was the Human Resources vice president of Small Law Firms and Consumers. She held a series of other human resources leadership positions across Thomas Reuters. Hayft holds a business administration degree from Concordia College and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She will be based in Apple Valley, Minn., Uponor North America's headquarters.
